Independently, a search of ACHC’s PCAB directory returned no PCAB accreditation for Tailor Made [3], and NABP publishes no self-service registry we could check, so the NABP badge is unconfirmed from the accreditor’s own source. The site states it is “licensed in 46 states for both sterile and nonsterile compounding” (one homepage graphic inconsistently reads “48 states”; the 46 figure appears in body copy) [2].
