This profile is editorial. PeptideWellness has no commercial relationship with this pharmacy; coverage and assessment are never for sale.
Olympia runs both an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility and an affiliated 503A pharmacy (“Olympia Pharmacy”) out of Orlando — so, like Empower and Belmar, it can serve both office-use batches and patient-specific prescriptions.
Olympia appears on the FDA Registered Outsourcing Facilities (503B) list as “Olympia Pharmaceuticals, Orlando, FL” (initial registration March 10, 2014; most recent November 20, 2025) [1], and describes itself as an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility plus a 503A compounding pharmacy [2]. Its site shows a LegitScript certification and an NABP badge [2], but we could not confirm either in the accreditors’ own registries in this review, and a direct search of ACHC’s PCAB directory returned no PCAB accreditation for the Orlando pharmacy [4] (the “Olympia” entries there are unrelated home-health organizations). Treat the accreditation claims as self-reported. The company says it is licensed in 49 states (all except California) [2].
Relevant lines: a dedicated peptides category, weight management, hormones (BHRT/TRT), IV nutrition, sexual health (including TriMix), dermatology, and other injectables [2]. Named compounded GLP-1 (semaglutide/tirzepatide) listings were not confirmed from the pages we reviewed.
Per the FDA 503B list, Olympia’s last inspection ran July 28–August 8, 2025 and resulted in a Form 483; recall status is “No,” and the action based on the last inspection is “Open,” with an FDA flag indicating a prior compounding-related action in its history [1]. The Form 483 (issued August 12, 2025) lists three observations centered on aseptic-process validation, written production/process-control procedures, and cleaning/disinfection practices in aseptic areas [3]. A Form 483 records inspection observations, not a final finding of violation; no warning letter or recall is listed in the current table. Dated to our review; status can change.
A long-established dual-status compounder (503B since 2014) with a broad peptide/HRT/weight/IV catalog and near-national licensure. The recent 483 and the prior-action flag are the items to watch — normal to track for a facility of this age and scale, but worth noting alongside the newer entrants.
