How we track prices
- Prices are normalized to an all-in cost per month and cost per mg of active drug, so different doses and billing terms are comparable. Each figure carries the date it was captured from the provider's own published pricing.
- The table is ordered by price only. We use no affiliate links and earn no commission from any provider listed here.
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products and aren't available in every state — always verify with the provider.

There are no affiliate relationships. PeptideWellness uses no affiliate links and earns no commission from any provider in this table — coverage and ordering are editorial. Providers are sorted purely by normalized price (all-in cost per month, and per mg of active drug). If that ever changes, affiliate links will be labelled at the point of click and will still not affect ordering.
It normalizes different doses to a common basis so a $199 plan at one dose and a $249 plan at another are actually comparable. It is only shown when the monthly dose is known.
