Disclosure

PeptideWellness currently has no commercial relationships with compounding pharmacies, clinics, or manufacturers. We don't accept payment for placement, ranking, or coverage — coverage is an editorial decision alone. If we ever add a disclosed relationship, it will be clearly labeled and will not influence our comparisons or scoring.

State of Compounded Peptides 2026

A field report for prescribers and pharmacy buyers, in production now. What it will cover:

  • Where 503A/503B supply actually stands after the 2025 shortage delistings.
  • Median compounded GLP-1 pricing by channel, with margin context for buyers.
  • What the July 2026 PCAC vote changed for the seven peptides it covered — and what it didn't.

Not available yet, and we're not collecting email addresses for it until it is. In the meantime, the underlying material is published in full: the compounding-pharmacy directory, the price Index, and our regulatory reporting.

PeptideWellness Weekly Pro

A Saturday digest for peptide professionals — in preparation.

Regulatory moves, compounding-supply shifts, and clinical references, written for prescribers and buyers rather than patients. It isn't running yet, so there's nothing to sign up for — we'd rather say that than take your address and sit on it. Everything that will go into it is already published as it happens in News and Regulatory updates.
