Strive is a rapidly expanding compounding chain built around patient-specific 503A pharmacies rather than 503B outsourcing. That distinction matters: as a 503A operation it’s regulated primarily by state boards of pharmacy, so there’s less federal inspection paper trail than for a 503B facility.
Strive is a 503A compounding operation; it does not appear on the FDA Registered Outsourcing Facilities (503B) list [1], and its own location pages label its fulfillment sites as 503A [2].
On accreditation, a direct check of ACHC’s PCAB directory found the Strive brand PCAB-accredited under two of its legal entities — Strive Pharmacy Missouri, LLC (Fenton, MO; valid September 6, 2025 – September 5, 2028; USP <795>/<800>) and Strive Pharmacy Virginia, LLC (Leesburg, VA) — but the Gilbert, AZ headquarters is not individually listed [4]. So PCAB accreditation appears to be held at the entity/site level rather than confirmed company-wide; NABP and LegitScript status could not be independently verified.
In November 2025 Strive announced acquiring a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Alachua, FL [3]; any 503B status for that site is unverified (it does not appear under “Strive” on the FDA 503B list).
Relevant lines: compounded GLP-1s (semaglutide and tirzepatide, blended with glycine/B12), peptides (sermorelin, GHK-Cu, VIP, gonadorelin), testosterone/HRT, plus longevity (NAD+, sirolimus), mental-health and sexual-wellness items [2].
Headquartered in Gilbert, AZ, with active pharmacies reported across multiple states (including Missouri, Virginia, Texas, Florida, and California) and nationwide shipping [2]. The company has described crossing ~1,000 employees, i.e., a large and growing operation.
None found in our search. Strive is not on the FDA 503B list, and we located no FDA warning letter — but because 503A pharmacies are inspected mainly by state boards, absence from federal databases is not the same as an exhaustive clean record.
A big, fast-moving 503A chain with a broad GLP-1/peptide/hormone menu. The trade-off versus a 503B like Empower or Belmar is oversight model: state-board-regulated 503A rather than FDA-CGMP 503B. Worth re-checking accreditation and the Alachua facility’s status as it develops.
